10 Tips To Get Your Customer's Loyalty: Even when price is high
Satisfying a customer in business is not a small task. You may not be able to satisfy your customers, but you can be sure they will always come back no matter what. If you know what losing a customer means to your business, you will never joke with getting your customers' loyalty. For you to balance your business, just know that a customer lost is a task to get another 10customers back. Though some are just impossible to hold back, but you can make 90% of them loyal to you. As everybody is running into business, you will want to stay different and relevant, that's why your customers' loyalty is important. These tips will help you:
1. Don't show your customers you are busy: This is first thing that kills business. I fell into this trap and it costs me a lot. Many people want to use this to show that they already have enough customers and a customer have to beg to get your attention. Or that their business is doing fine. If this has been working before, it doesn't work anymore. We are now in business world, customers can easily get many other people that will offer the service or goods better than you. You may genuinely get busy, don't let your customers realise it. If you are the type that receives calls too much, get a Bluetooth neck piece device that will make the burden easier. If the work load is too much, get someone that can help you with it. It is better not to get customer than to lose one. Just do something that will make you always available to your customers. Dress well, and use honorific words to make them feel important. Be a little bit formal and jovial. Get serious when they are serious. The secret of being caring for your customers is that they won't get offend if what you provided is not adequate as they might have expected. They could complain, but they won't get offended. You have to created good customer relationship. I have a customer that sells food to me anytime I'm at home, I can't imagine I have done many stupid things because of the way this woman cares about my work, and other things involving me. If she sees my mood changed, she will want to see if she can help. I decided not to cook for a year because of this woman. That's the power caring. Don't just be eager to sell yours goods or services, also identify with your customers. It is very poor to have a customer without knowing their name. Ask for their names when they come to patronise you and call them by their name when next you meet. This works like a magic, you will discover you suddenly become friends. And no matter what, they will always come back.
4. Get feed back: This is also very important. For instance, if you sell cloth, you can ask a customer why he/she has not put on your cloths since he/she bought it. Just ask questions to show you are more concerned about their satisfaction rather than their money. Even if you won't take the goods back, just show you are also not happy that they didn't enjoy what they got, then promise better service next time.
5. Improve on your services or goods: Nobody likes to deal with stagnant people. Make your customers experience new things every time. Just send a message that you are improving in terms of knowledge, information, infrastructure, etc and you are doing all that for their satisfaction. There feed back will make this possible. Always get their complaint and work on them. Let them see you take their advice seriously, they will like you. Whatever your customer complains about is the reason why you will lose them. Of you can work on it, you will see they will naturally become loyal. If it something you can't work on immediately, in your next discussion, let them understand you are already working on it.

Reject offers politely: Some customers are funny, this happens to ladies most, if a guys wants to take advantage of your good customer relationship for granted, you don't need to shout at them or frown face, just reject politely. Let them know it is business and you don't like it. That's why I said you should be formal a bit, if you are too jovial and humble, customers will take you for granted, and that won't still make them loyal. They will go immediately they get what they want. Formality and respect is the best way to build self esteem.
7. Don't ever fight back: Some customers will utter abusive words, it is better you keep silent then to reply angrily. If you let them frustrate you, you might say what will not favour your market. You can lock your shop or call for security help if it is getting out of hand. Even if you are on your right, just calm down and try to explain to your customer, if he/she doesn't care to listen, just keep quite. And if otherwise, just accept blame and promise to find solution to the problem
8. Make your customers feel important with gift or discounts: It is not bad to dash out something at some strategic periods like new year. Especially gift, it makes your customer keep you in mind. Make it something they can see daily, it may just be a sticker or a slight discount in product price.
9. Don't disappoint and the truthful: Letting your customer knowing your can't deliver at the specified time will help you a lot. He might even decide to go, don't turn him/her enemy, just let them understand you don't want to disappoint. If you can achieve this, your customers will always come back for that reason.
10. Let your customers feel safe: Make sure you protect your customers as much as you can. No matter what, don't let them feel bad leaving their things with you. Keep their things when they forget it and ensure it gets back to them. Let them feel at home such that they can keep their things with you with confidence that they are safe.
